This years event will start and end the event at The Beacon Tap.

The neighborhood Turkey Trot course will be available for you to complete on Thanksgiving Morning. There is not an entry fee – only non-perishable food items to be donated to the Des Plaines Self Help Closet & Food Pantry. Bring items to the event, collection bins will be available. Neighbors along the route will be encouraged to decorate their sidewalk/yard and have some fun even if you don’t participate as a runner/walker on the route.

Registration list of pre-registered participants will be printed at 4:45pm on Wednesday November 26, 2025 and the online registration will CLOSE. WALK IN registration will be available and a release form will need to be signed onsite Thanksgiving morning.
